Double Berry Compote

1.5c Berry of Choice (we love using Blackberries or Raspberries)
3tbsp Cassie Green Health Elderberry Syrup
1tbps honey

Put all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil (watch it closely) then reduce to a simmer. Use a wooden spoon to smash berries and simmer for 10-15 minutes until liquid is reduced by about 1/3. Cool and store in fridge. Use to top yogurt, ice cream, toast with cream cheese.
