Berry Healthy Smoothie

½ Frozen Banana
1c Berries of Choice 
1-2c Baby Greens (Spinach, Chard or Kale)
1 tbsp Cassie Green Health Elderberry Syrup
1c Milk of Choice (Coconut, Cashew or Oat are our faves!)

Add a few ice cubes and blend in high powered blender until smooth.

Variations:
- Add 2tbsp almond or peanut butter and 1tbsp cacao
- Add 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder and 1 tbsp maca
- Sub ½ frozen zucchini for banana for lower sugar options
- Add ½ avocado or 1tbsp coconut oil for extra satiation
